The funny thing is that dogs and their owners sometimes review a pet-care experience very differently.
Owners naturally notice the parts they see. Was drop-off easy? Was the staff friendly? Did someone answer their questions? Was pickup organized?
Those things matter, but the dog’s experience begins after the owner walks out the door.
What Makes a Good Day of Dog Daycare?
